Cycling Weekend, Organised Cycling Holidays

GUIDED VS. SELF-GUIDED

We offer two types of cycling trips: guided and self-guided. Which one you choose is up to you, and depends on what kind of cycling experience you prefer.

SELF-GUIDED CYCLING

A self-guided cycling trip is one where you will navigate a route by yourself, using detailed route instructions and maps that we provide. This kind of package gives you the flexibility to decide when you set off, the pace at which you want to cycle, and where you want to stop off on the way. We'll give you plenty of local information about your route, and will transfer your luggage between accommodation if required. Our support team is always on-call just in case you need any help along the way.

GUIDED CYCLING

A guided cycling trip will be led by an experienced local guide who knows the region and the routes. You will be cycling in a small group (max 8 people) and follow a set itinerary every day (although there's always scope for flexibility, depending on the preferences of the group). You'll also have our support vehicle as back-up, with tools and spares should you need them, drinks and delicious home-baked treats. We'll carry your luggage if you have any, and give you a lift should you get tired. This option will suit you if you want to focus on enjoying the pedalling, leaving us to do the rest.

Any of our routes can be guided or self-guided on request; get in touch and tell us what you'd like.
